"Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof!" Who's ready to perform at the most magical place on earth?! The Dance The World staff has been working diligently to put together an event that is "magical" in each and every way! Now that 2016 has officially arrived, attendees of Dance The World 2016 might have a few questions regarding details about the event as well as questions about their Walt Disney World vacation! The Dance The World staff is here to help with whatever questions you may have, and here are just a few questions and answers that might help you out!
1. How do I make changes to my account or reservation prior to February 22, 2016?
All changes must be done in writing. You can email those changes to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, dance studio, or portal ID.
2. When is the final payment due?
Final payments are due Monday, February 22, 2016.
3. How will I get from the airport to my resort and back to the airport on my last day?
For Pop Century and Caribbean Beach Resort guests, Disney’s Magical Express will transport you from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to your resort. To ensure you do not miss your departing flight out of Orlando, pickup times at the resort are usually scheduled three hours in advance. For those staying in the Swan and Dolphin hotels, there will be a separate bus to transport you to your resort.
4. How and when can I book Disney dining reservations?
You are able to book dining reservations up to 180 days prior to your arrival. Because you receive your hotel confirmation 60 days in advance, you would need to book one dining reservation each day. You may go on My Disney Experience to book reservations or call Disney at 407-WDW-DINE.
5. When will I receive my Disney hotel confirmation number?
You will receive your Disney resort hotel confirmation number at least 60 days prior to your arrival. You will be able to link the confirmation to your My Disney Experience profile when you receive the number.
6. When will I receive my itinerary for Dance The World?
We will send your itinerary to your studio at least 60 days prior to your arrival along with your Disney hotel confirmation number, your park tickets, meal coupons, gala wristbands, etc.
7. When can I make my FastPass+ selections?
You can go to My Disney Experience and book fastpasses approximately 60 days in advance.
8. Will we receive Magic Bands?
You will be mailed the traditional park tickets along with your Disney hotel confirmation numbers. Once you have this information, you will be able to visit My Disney Experience to enter your confirmation number and ticket number, and order your Magic Bands in any of the offered color choices. Swan and Dolphin guests will receive room keys at check-in and will not receive Magic Bands. Specialty Magic Bands can be purchased on property at any merchandise location and linked to your My Disney Experience as well.
